Amanda has been dancing for over 40 years, teaching in South Africa, Ireland and abroad. She specialized in competitive Solo Latin, Solo Energy and Solo Classic, as well as International and Social Syllabus Latin and Ballroom (Couples Dancing). She was the SA Champion in the Professional Solo Latin section in 2004 and 2005. Growing up, Amanda studied Music, Singing, Ballet, Modern, Tap and Spanish Dancing, and took part in numerous shows and musicals. She has a passion for the stage and loves performing as well as doing the Choreography/Stage Direction for shows and functions. She holds a Director's Ticket and has choreographed many Dance shows. Amanda is a trained Piano and Singing teacher through Trinity College, and also holds a Singing Performer's Certificate. Now local to Headford, she has a small, but growing studio of dance classes for children and adults, and piano students from age 8 upwards. Amanda enjoys teaching people of all ages and loves to share her passion for Music and Dance with everyone.
