Headford Lace Project

Headford, and lots of Ireland, have had a rough couple of weeks. Storm Éowyn arrived on January 24th and ripped through felling trees, damaging buildings and leaving thousands of people without power, water or communications.

As we are slowly rebuilding, fixing, tidying and reconnecting it’s been hugely heartening to see the community pulling together to help and share.

Our own Lace Matrix withstood another explosive cyclogenesis, this time with hurricane strength winds showing again the resilience of this delicate craft…
