LT Fitness is on the move!

“After 14 great years in our current premises, we are moving into a brand new state of the art facility in the New Year.

It’s in the Headford town centre next door to Headford Credit Union & Tesco. It’s triple the size of our current facility & we’ll have a broad range of premium fitness equipment.

The local tradesmen are in there working right now bringing this dream into a reality. When we’re finished in January, it will be one of the best health, fitness & wellness centres in the West of Ireland.

We’re aiming to have 80 classes per week, including – small group personal training, large group classes, yoga, Pilates, educational seminars & loads more. Keep an eye out for more exciting updates coming soon.
