Good morning! And thank you to everyone who joined us last night at Solas FRC, for our first youth cafe meeting!
It’s going to take a few weeks for us to get organised, up and running – there isn’t much we can progress or share here until we have a premises and vetted and trained volunteers, but rest assured this endeavour is well begun!
We’ll be reaching out again in a couple of weeks time, in the hope of persuading a few interested teens/potential cafe users to meet with us and help steer this project a little- we’re very aware that we need to be listening to young people from the start! Watch this space!
