Hub Planning are undertaking a health check on the town of Headford on behalf of Galway County Council and the Headford Town Team.
This survey is being carried out as part of the Health Check for Headford. It is intended to assess the health of Headford Town and understand people’s experience and how they use it. It is being carried out by the Town Team in conjunction with Galway County Council.
